The City of Nanaimo BC has awarded Hazelwood Construction Services Inc. with a contract for the Wellcox Access Road project.

The project scope includes:

• Upgraded asphalt surfacing (Front Street / Port Way / Wellcox Access Road) total of 650metres
• Installation of storm and sani works
  Installation of a 7m wide walkway looping Wellcox Access Road to Front Street along the waterfront
