• Clearing and grubbing (2012: 14,184m2 + 2016: 4316m2) , and drilling and blasting of rock (2012: 30,600m3, 2016: 6000m3)
• Install Sanitary sewer mainline and Sanitary sewer services to property line (2012: 453lm, 2016: 255lm)
• Install Storm sewer mainline and Storm sewer services to property line (2012: 477lm,  2016: 246lm)- Install Water mainline and Water services to property line (2012: 707lm, 2016: 225lm)
• Install street lighting (2012: 555lm, 2016: 185lm, BC Hydro-Telus-Shaw-Gas ducting (2012: 800lm, 2016: 250lm)
• Install curbs (2012: 883lm, 2016: 373lm),  sidewalks (2012: 865m2, 2016: 300m2) and asphalt roadway (2012: 5600m2, 2016: 1472m2)
