• Road and Parking Lot Construction, including 13,000 m3 of organic stripping, 52,000 m3 cut and fill to embankment, 14,000 m2 of road gravels and paving and 8,000m2 of hydro-seeding
• Supply and Installation of underground infrastructure: storm, sanitary and water and electrical utilities
• Street lighting
• Staged construction and detours to allow uninterrupted access to mall by patrons
