• Construction of a 60 Lot Subdivision for the remote First Nations Community of Ahousaht, located on Flores Island off the coast of Vancouver Island near Tofino, BC.
• Supply and Installation of underground infrastructure: storm, sanitary, water and electrical utilities
• Construction of a sewage pump station c/w building
• Clearing and grubbing – 12 Hectares
• Overburden stripping and common excavation – 110,000 m3
• Quarry Development – Drilling and Blasting Rock – 100,000 m3
• Production and placement of specified aggregates for roads and lot fill – 130,000 m3
• Asphalt Paving – 15,000 m2
• Street Lighting and Landscaping
• Environmental Mitigation
