SCOPE OF THE WORK

• Replacement of sanitary sewer with the installation of approx 550m pipe, associated fittings, service connections and tie-ins including a 50mm dia pressurized connection.
• Replacement of watermain with the installation of approx 135lm pipe, associated fittings, service connections and tie-ins.
• Re-grading of ditching, installation of 125lm 375mm culverts + headwalls & cbs.
• Installation of 46m of curb & 758m2 of 100mm/150mm sidewalk, and 1430m2 of 125mm paving.
