SCOPE OF THE WORK

Recoating of the interior of BR2 Penstock 1 and Unit 5 and Unit 6 scroll cases (~142,000 ft²), design/supply/install penstock modifications, and complete repairs to exterior coating (<500 ft²). Areas recoated include the penstock interior, turbine scroll cases interior and TIV interior. The work included removal of silt deposits/detrimental substances to painting, surface preparation for painting, and paint application. The work also included design, supply and installation of penstock modifications which include openings and anchor points for the work. The work also included any support activities required for this work as described in the specifications.
